Appleton City Manor currently accepts private pay, Medicare Part A and B, and Medicaid as payment sources.

Semi-Private Room Rate                                       $160.00 per day

        30 day month                                               $4,800.00

        31 day month                                               $4,960.00

Private Room Rate                                                $165.00 per day

        30 day month                                               $4,950.00

        31 day month                                               $5,115.00

These rates cover all supplies such as tissue, soap, toothpaste, etc., as well as incontinent pads and personal laundry.

Doctor services, prescription drugs and special health care services are not covered.

Cable television and telephone services will be charges separately by the service company.

Bed holding fee will be $25.00 per day in place of the regular daily rate.

Single Suite                                                         $1,625.00

Suite for Two                                                        $2,485.00

Suites consist of sitting room, small kitchen and separate bedroom with private bath.

Around the clock nursing services provided.  Laundry and housekeeping services also provided.

Personal supplies will be paid for by the resident.  Cable television and phone services will be charged separately by the service company.

Room holding fee for a hospital stay will be $20.00 per day in place of the regular daily rate.
